Shiau & Luo (2013) 研究調查影響持續使用意願的因素，線上調查收集了430份有效樣本，研究模型透過結構方程模型 (SEM)進行評估。 結果表明，Blog的持續使用意願是透過使用者參與、滿意度和感知來享受共同預測的。 然而，習慣、滿意度和持續使用意願並沒有很強的關係。 預測使用者對部落格使用滿意度主要是感知的享受，其次是使用者期望和使用者參與的確認。 感知到享受是透過使用者參與和使用者期望的確認來預測的。 Blog時間顯著調節了習慣對感知享受的影響，但不影響滿意度和持續使用意願。 模型解釋了65% 的滿意度和 57%的持續使用意願。

研究方法是使用CB-SEM, 結果要爭取的呈現 CB-SEM需要交待的結果，模式適配度有 X square/df, GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, RMSEA。 測量模式的因子負荷量、信度CR、AVE、 區別效度、結構模式的路徑係數和R square解釋力。
