20. 投稿時，被要求說明調節項的分析方式？
答：研究者在應用調節分析時，常遇到文章被拒絕的問題有：
 模型設定的正確性：模型中是否包含調節變數與交互項，會影響結果的解釋。例如，直接效果與調節效果的同時檢驗常會引發混淆，可以參考Becker et al., (2023) 的文章。

18.    投稿時，被要求做Measurement invariance，什麼是Measurement invariance？
答：    Measurement invariance is also referred to as measurement equivalence. 測量不變性又稱為測量恆等性。我們通常使用測量恆等性來確認群組間的差異是來自於不同群組潛在變數的內含或意義，換句話說，無法確立測量恆等性時，群組間的差異可能是來自於測量誤差，這會使得比較群組的結果失效。當測量恆等性未呈現時，會降低統計檢定力，影響估計的精確，甚至可能會誤導結果。總而言之，作多群組分析時，若是未能建立測量恆等性，則所有的結果都可能有問題，因此，測量恆等性在多群組分析中是必要的檢測，也是必需要通過的測試。PLS-SEM使用的是measurement invariance of composit models (MICOM)程式來評估測量恆等性，有三：Configurall invariance設定恆等性、Compositional invariance組成恆等性和Equal mean values and variances平均數和變異恆等性。

17.    投稿文章後，收到審查意見有：缺乏貢獻或貢獻不足時，該如何處理？
答：    理論是概念(concept)們和他們之間關係的敍述，用來說明現象發生的原因和發生的過程，因此，理論上的貢獻是增加我們對於概念們和他們之間關係的瞭解(知識)。一篇好的管理(期刊)文章是要能對知識有重要貢獻，在典型的管理(期刊)文章一般都會期待有清楚的討論理論上的貢獻，接著討論研究和實務上的意涵(implication for research and practice)。Implication for practice是經過確認而需要說明實務上的問題；Implication for research是經過確認而未來需要調查的現象。
    Ladik and Stewart (2008)對於一篇具有創新(Innovation)的文章，提供不同的貢獻程度(1最少– 8最多)，如下：
    1)    Straight replication直接複製(先前的研究)
    2)    Replication and extension複製和延伸

16.收集到資料，呈現非常態分配(Non-normal distribution)，或違反基本假設，例如，變異同質性和獨立性，該如何處理？

答：

Ÿ在一般情形下，多變量分析的書都會建議作資料的轉換，將非常態分配的資料轉換成常態的分配。

Ÿ若兩組的變異數不一樣時，建議使用Welch’s t-test。

Ÿ若是使用ANOVA分析，變異數同質性有問題時，建議使用Games-Howell事後檢定。

15.什麼是None Response bias (無回應偏差)？

答：在收集資料時，沒有回應的資料會產生偏誤，稱為無回應偏差。一般的處理方式是將回收的資料，分成前期和後期的資料作檢定，利用t或卡方檢定前後期回應無顯著差異，以顯示無回應偏差對本研究的影響並不嚴重。
